Hi and thanks for visiting my new blog. Let me start by telling you a little bit about myself. I am a 26 year old locksmith currently trading in Leeds. I have been involved with locks for as long as I can remember as my father is also a locksmith and I always used to take an interest in what he did and often go to jobs with him as a child. I started doing bench locksmithing when I was still at school working weekends for a reputable Leeds locksmith company, I then went on to have a full time position with the company as a bench locksmith and also working out on site. From there I went to work with my dad for nearly 6 years before starting my own locksmith company.

Over the past few years I have played around with many blogging sites such as blog spot, blogger and tumblr ect and have always been disappointed with the look of the templates and how customisable the templates are. Many of the blogs have been started purely for SEO purposes to build back links and push some of my other sites to the top of Google and other search engines and the focus has not been on building good quality content for the reader.

All this has now changed, I finally have a template which looks nice (or I think so anyway?) and I intend on sticking with this site from now on. So i suppose all the other little blogs I have worked on in the past were all practice attempts leading me up to making this site.

So what kind content can you expect from The Locksmith World?

I aim to bring you up to date content about all things related to locks and locksmithing. This will include tool reviews, day in the life of a locksmith, news from the trade and new product reviews.

I will try to post at least once a week, please keep checking back for new posts.
